We are looking for a talented Publishers Partnership Manager in our Mexico office to join our team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

As our new Publishers Partnerships Manager in the Mexico City office, you will:

  • Prospect new publishers for the Mexico and Central America market, while also focusing on managing and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships for these markets
  • Collect and analyze data and KPIs and create our growth strategy, and forecast accurately to internal management
  • Check reports and dashboards to identify revenue opportunities
  • Work closely with other Latam Publisher Managers to develop the Regional Team
  • Collaborate closely with internal Seedtag teams, serving as the connection for addressing all business and technical matters and opportunities alongside the market owner


  • Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Ad Tech supply role in the MX & CAM region
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to consistently achieve Sales and Revenue targets on a monthly or quarterly basis while also focusing on delivering exceptional client service
  • Proficient in technology, with the capacity to acquire the necessary knowledge to ensure successful implementation and optimization of publisher accounts
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and a willingness to embrace calculated risks
  • Bring an abundance of energy, proactiveness, and enthusiasm for the challenges of a Startup environment
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the digital AdTech realm
  • Exhibit native-level proficiency in Spanish and an advanced command of the English language
  • Are not afraid of challenges and the changing digital world


  • Have knowledge of other languages such as Portuguese
  • Have previous Supply Sales experience in other Latam markets
