YOUR CHALLENGE

In this role you’ll be reporting directly to the Global Head of People and taking care of global recruitment tasks.

  • tech/IT recruitment for all IT roles
  • manage end-to-end recruitment process for all new roles at seedtag in all countries, such as Spain, France and UK
  • actively source talent through various channels, including referrals, events, social media, job boards, platforms, LinkedIn etc.
  • manage a high workload in a dynamic setting and prioritise constantly while keeping quality high
  • support with other HR projects and HR and onboarding administration
  • the freedom to propose ideas for improving processes or attracting talent

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

  • You have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment
  • You have t least 1 year of pure tech/IT recruitment experience in Spain
  • You are fluency in both English and Spanish
  • You have the ability to prioritize well in a fast-pase environment and work with a very proactive can-do mindset
  • You have an approachable yet professional communication style

It would be a big plus if you:

  • Have worked with ATS and other HR softwares before
  • Have experience with sourcing through Github, Meetups, Bitbucket etc.
