  • Lead the Miami Office and built together the structure of the office.
  • Represent SEEDTAG and build partnerships with agencies and direct clientes mainly for LATAM, but also for Florida clients and agencies for USH and US.
  • Help to close regional deals with the "big 6"groups.
  • Position Seedtag as contextual leader in the region.
  • Leverage your existing relationships and industry knowledge to converse with key industry decision makers for conversion
  • Educate customers (advertisers & agencies) on product features and the benefits of SEEDTAG so they can apply our solutions to the challenges their customers face.
  • Generate excitement about our digital advertising platform, and increase our product sales through bespoke solutions and proactive pitches to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the agencies you are responsible for across all clients, verticals and internal agency teams - programmatic, planning, trading and buying.
  • Identify new business opportunities and new ways of working to achieve preferred partnership status within your agencies.
  • Achieve and overachieve your quarterly sales goals as set for the office.
  • Accurately forecast and report your monthly sales/close sales commercial pipeline.


  • Have a degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Have at least 15 years of relevant experience in sales within the digital advertising industry.
  • Have established connections within the market, among large hubs and also media agencies.
  • Can demonstrate a good level of knowledge of the digital media industry.
  • Having an excellent command of English and Spanish.
  • Have strong communication, written, verbal, and social
  • Are eager and curious to keep learning and have a growth mindset.
  • Want to join a team and am also able to work independently and autonomously.
