  • You will support the sales team and work closely with local and international activations.
  • You will manage the activation process from the proposal stage.
  • You will handle the campaigns reporting and monitoring budget spent.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing trading reports to put in relevance insights weekly.
  • You will manage the exchange of insights and campaign-relevant information with our clients and agencies to achieve recurrent activations and upselling.
  • You will be in charge of translating client needs into activations and vice versa (performance trading team needs into client vocabulary).
  • You will be co-responsible not only for building long-term relationships and strong confidence with our clients but also for meeting client expectations when running a campaign.


  • At least 3 years of experience in the digital advertising industry is required (agency or client side) and bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • You are data-oriented and familiar with MS Office / Spreadsheets (Google Workspace).
  • You have experience in performance campaigns related to leads or qualified traffic.
  • You understand the digital environment and the different needs the campaigns may have depending on the KPI.
  • You have perfect usage and knowledge of Adserver (reporting) and Google Analytics.
  • You are eager and curious to keep learning and have a growth mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving person.
  • Good attention to detail and process oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with tight timelines, proactive and flexible person.
  • Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • You have an excellent team spirit.
