YOUR CHALLENGE
- Optimize efficiency towards operational excellence
- Improve the company’s profitability
- Increase client satisfaction
- Drive business growth
- Supporting the VP Operations on executing the roadmap to optimize operational efficiency and achieve excellence across all channels and markets where we operate
- Pushing for consistent process improvement, thoroughly monitoring performance (KPIs) to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions
- Understanding and leveraging commonalities and differences across markets, to keep an adequate balance of efficiency, standardization and localization
- Understanding our client needs, to challenge existing internal processes / design new processes that serve and delight our customers through successful delivery
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- You have experience working in cross-functional / transformational projects (esp. process optimization), involving multiple teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and results
- You have exceptional strategic business analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) and are able to communicate to senior management in a concise and impactful manner
- You are able to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively
- You enjoy solving problems and challenging the status quo
- You feel owner of your work and are able to work autonomously to drive results
- You have a growth mindset, are self-motivated and take initiative in everything you do
- You have a fluent level of Spanish and English
IT WOULD BE A BIG PLUS IF
- You have experience executing projects related to Target Operating Model and process optimization
- You have experience in the Digital / AdTech / Programmatic media environment
