We are looking for a hands-on, output-driven Head of Publisher Operations to lead and scale up our EMEA team. This person will be in charge of overseeing publisher operations in the EMEA region, aiming to maximize publisher satisfaction to build and strengthen long-term partnerships.

As our new Head Publisher Operations EMEA in the Madrid office you will:

  • Lead, motivate and scale up the Publisher Operations team in EMEA
  • Work hand-by-hand with the VP of Operations to define the medium/long-term strategy and priorities for the Publisher Operations team, and lead the resulting projects beyond “business-as-usual” tasks
  • Provide tools and knowledge to the publisher operations team to continuously improve their technical skills and efficiency
  • Ensure full understanding of our publisher needs and monitor main internal technical and financial KPIs related to publishers, being hands-on to push the necessary actions to resolve issues, optimize operations and maximize publisher satisfaction
  • Continuously search for improvements in cross-department and cross-geography processes and workflows
  • Work along with the Product team to improve the Product offering for publishers by gathering publishers’ feedback and suggestions
  • Constantly seek intelligent solutions that unlock additional revenue opportunities for publishers and Seedtag

We’re looking for someone who:

  • is hands-on, output-driven, and eager to work in a young AdTech environment
  • is analytical, decisive, and resourceful in solving problems, and proactive to suggest new ideas
  • has at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, developing a similar publisher role
  • has strong leadership skills and is a team player
  • has great communication skills and is not afraid to take risks
  • is a native Spanish speaker and has full fluency in English
  • keeps up to date with the latest news in the digital AdTech environment

It would be a big plus if you:

  • have knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, German, or Dutch
