YOUR CHALLENGE

  • You will work with the support team to evaluate complex problems, identify root causes, derive resolutions, and implement preventive measures.
  • You will provide technical reports to necessary stakeholders on time with professional diagnosis and suggestion
  • Writing procedures and Knowledge Database maintenance.
  • Support product quality improvement.
  • Tracking of every request from the beginning until its resolution

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills being empowered to find the solutions to complex issues by yourself.
  • You have a process improvement mindset.
  • You are customer-service focused and used to holding remote sessions with requesters for faster analysis.
  • You have a collaborative mindset.
  • You have excellent English proficiency level

As Desirable:

  • You have coding skills
