YOUR CHALLENGE

Vision: Lead Seedtag in becoming the best partner for brands and agencies by understanding their needs and working on solutions for them.

It’s responsibilities will include:

Idea Generation for Current Business Lines: The Product Engineer is responsible for coming up with innovative ideas to enhance the existing business lines of Seedtag. This involves understanding the current market trends and the company's product portfolio to identify areas for improvement or expansion.
Validation of Potential New Business Lines: A significant part of the role is to explore and validate new business opportunities. This involves conducting market research, understanding customer needs, and assessing the feasibility of these new lines in terms of technology and market demand.
Collaboration with Tech Teams: The Product Engineer works closely with technical teams to generate and test new ideas and concepts. This collaboration is crucial for transforming ideas into viable products or services, ensuring they are technically feasible and align with the company's technological capabilities.
Development of Proof of Concept (PoC): Developing PoCs is an essential aspect of this role. The Product Engineer is responsible for creating prototypes or models of new products or services to demonstrate their potential in real-world settings. These PoCs are critical for gaining insights and making informed decisions about further development.
Market Testing of PoCs: Once a PoC is developed, the Product Engineer oversees its testing in the market. This involves setting up pilot programs or trials to gather user feedback and understand the market response to the new concept.
Identification of New Opportunities: A continuous aspect of this role is to stay vigilant about new opportunities that could benefit Seedtag. This involves keeping an eye on emerging technologies, market shifts, and potential areas where the company can expand or innovate.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

We’re looking for someone who

Is very entrepreneurial, not afraid to take risks and has great communication skills
Has an educational background in Engineering, maths, tech or a related area
Loves technology and staying up to date with AI developments
Knows how to make data-driven decisions and work on complex technical problems
Speaks English and Spanish fluently, this is a must for this role
Is eager to work in a dynamic, innovative and fast-changing startup environment

IT WOULD BE A BIG PLUS IF

Have previous experience in AdTech
Have previously work in Data-related Products/Squads
Knowledge on marketing and business
