We are looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join a small in-house team to help us to develop an international, proactive, and robust Legal Team at Seedtag.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Providing comprehensive legal advice to the business and operation departments on the development of the business supporting the growth of the company
- Drafting and reviewing different project documents including but not limited to General Terms, services agreement, partnerships, amendments, MOU, NDA etc...
- Supporting with Compliance plan and Data Protection implementation
- Coordinating signatories of contracts
- Assisting in developing, creating and maintaining guidelines and standard contracts
- Working with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Supporting and helping on regulatory analysis
- Acting as legal point person for queries across the Group
- Coordinating of signatories of contracts
- Supporting the international expansion of the company
- Supporting M&A projects
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
- 3 years of experience within an international company. Previous experience as in-house lawyer of a media agency is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, business-oriented, proactive, collaborative and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Other languages are considered a plus.
