Seedtag is looking for a Managing Director to oversee its U.S.-based P&L group. This role will be responsible for hiring and managing the P&L team, setting up operations across different locations, and building and consolidating commercial relationships with agencies, brands, and publishers in the U.S. market. The Managing Director will report directly to one of the Founders and co-CEOs of Seedtag.

  • Work with Seedtag’s co-CEOs to define and implement the strategic business plan for the U.S.
  • Build the P&L team from scratch with the support of People’s department and Tier 1 recruiting agencies.
  • Establish a formidable Seedtag presence in the different key locations to properly cover the U.S. market.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships in both the demand side (agencies and brands) and the supply side (publishers) of our business.
  • Lead and motivate the US management team and provide regular feedback to boost their performance.
  • Develop a successful Marketing & PR strategy collaborating with the Marketing team to accelerate Seedtag’s go-to-market strategy.


  • Experience in a similar role in a high-growth environment and strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals while creating a positive team environment.
  • Strong sales, team management, and strategic skills validated in roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Possesses a robust business network within Big6 Agency Holding groups as well as a strong reputation selling advertising solutions to brands. A strong network in the supply side of the business is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience working in the AdTech U.S. market.
