We are looking for a talented SVP of Sales EMEA to build the global contextual advertising leader.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Maximize Net Revenue and EBITDA in every local EMEA market (aprox 75% of Seedtag today)
  • Maximize Pan-Regional campaigns business in EMEA
  • Manage Country Managers and VPs in EMEA
  • Create and/or Develop Regional trading deals with Big6 in EMEA
  • Create and/or Develop Best practice sharing tools and processes in EMEA
  • Create and/or Develop Sales excellence processes to maximize effective sales activity in EMEA
  • Travel to every EMEA market quarterly to perform 1to1s with the local teams and better understand local business needs
  • Personally create and/or develop high level business relationships with Brands and Agencies in EMEA

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF

  • You have +15 years of experience in the digital advertising industry
  • You have managed multi market P&Ls of +50M$ in revenues
  • You have managed large sales teams (+50 people)
  • You have a proven track record on selling branding advertising solutions to brands and agencies. Performance is a plus.
  • You have a native or proficiency level of English. Other European languages such as Spanish, French or Italian are a plus.
  • You have a proven track record as a sales leader with strong strategic and communication skills
