YOUR CHALLENGE:

By providing exceptional service from a customer’s very first touch point through to activation and post-campaign analysis, Seedtag aims to provide a pain-free launch process, watchful stewardship, unparalleled insights during flight and a solutions-oriented analysis that optimizes toward client KPIsand outcomes. With thorough measurement and reporting to demonstrate the power of our platform including custom recommendations on how a client’s strategy can evolve and improve, the Client Success Manager will become the trusted, consultative partner of brands and agencies looking to leverage cookie-less, privacy-first contextual solutions that drive measurable results.

Strategic Campaign Design:

  • Develop strategies, including upselling approaches, to enhance campaign performance (e.g., new products, channels, audience targeting)
  • Be in contact with clients in the political field and indie agencies

Campaign Execution:

  • Initiate and implement client campaigns in alignment with agreed-upon timelines and budgets, collaborating with the Ad Operations team

Client Communication:

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and coordinate internal responses
  • Ensure timely communication of any changes or issues affecting client campaigns

Performance Tracking and Metrics:

  • Track pod retention rate and campaign success metrics, aiming for >90% KPI attainment
  • Achieve Quarterly Incremental Revenue Goals for key accounts within the responsibility

Reporting and Insights:

  • Provide clients with regular campaign performance reports based on their preferences (e.g., weekly, monthly)
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis within one week to identify areas for improvement

Issue Resolution and Escalation:

  • Monitor campaign performance regularly, making necessary adjustments in partnership
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or Adops, summarizing problems and attempted solutions clearly

Team Collaboration:

  • Hold regular team meetings with stakeholders to discuss client accounts, share updates, and collaborate on strategies

Tool's Utilization:

  • Leverage internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Jira) for efficient internal communication and task management

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction score by delivering professional and effective client services


YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF:

  • You have 3+ years of Media, Advertising or Technology experience in a sales, marketing or support role, including internships
  • You understand key consumer trends with a focus on digital advertising, privacy and programmatic
  • You excel at building strong relationships with clients, with communication skills being one of your top attributes
  • You are proficient in English with excellent business writing skills in email and deck format
  • You have an eye for design and can build visually appealing presentations from scratch
  • You have strong relationships at key agencies and clients
