  • Lead, motivate and scale up the Ad Operations team in LATAM
  • Work hand-by-hand with other Regional/Global Heads to implement new projects and initiatives in the region
  • Collaborate with the the VP Operations to define the medium/long-term strategy and priorities for the team
  • Provide tools and knowledge to the ad operations team to continuously improve their technical skills and efficiency
  • Ensure full understanding of our offering, stack and processes in place to guarantee high-quality service and high efficiency of all the members of the team
  • Monitor main internal technical and operative KPIs related to campaigns, being hands-on to push the necessary actions to resolve issues, optimize operations and maximize client satisfaction
  • Continuously search for improvements in cross-department and cross-geography processes and workflows
  • Work along the Product team to improve the Product offering for clients, and provide feedback to develop better internal tools to facilitate your team's daily tasks
  • Constantly seek for intelligent solutions that unlock additional revenue opportunities for Seedtag


  • You are analytical, decisive and resourceful in solving problems, and proactive to suggest new ideas
  • You have +5 years of experience in digital advertising, developing a similar role
  • You have strong leadership skills and you are a team player
  • You have great communication skills and is not afraid to take risks
  • You are a native Spanish speaker and you have full fluency in English

It would be a big plus if you:

  • You have knowledge of other languages such as Portuguese
