YOUR CHALLENGE

Acquiring new publishers, supply partners and networks
Position Seedtag as the best monetization partner on the market
Grow the German supply network and bring it to a top-level
Be on top of the revenues of our publishers, optimizing their performances
Analyze and optimize results in order to improve revenues and profits
Work closely with different teams, account management, demand sales, product and finance
Manage the local Publisher Team from a sales and account management perspective

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU

Ideally, have 5 years of relevant experience in the digital advertising industry
Are energetic, goal-oriented, very proactive and eager to work in a young dynamic AdTech environment
Have previous experience in the German publisher market or a good understanding of the media business
