The Senior Director Agency role:

The Senior Director, Agency Lead is responsible for managing all sales efforts for their pod and territory. The right person for this role is a strong team leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment. The candidate has strong communication and relationship development skills both internally and externally. They are respected throughout the advertiser and agency community and know how to navigate complex commercial agreements. Sales people love working with this person and would follow them wherever they go.


  • Attract and develop a team of high performers who excel at the fundamentals of consultative selling.
  • Develop and execute a strategic revenue and operational plan that consistently achieves revenue objectives.
  • Identify any blockers to growth and proactively solve issues through creative resolution.
  • Manage a clean and transparent pipeline while making accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Lead from the front, by managing senior agency and brand direct relationships and personally driving strategic partnerships.
  • Liaison with Ad Operations and Account Management to ensure teams clearly understand what success looks like for the client.
  • Be highly visible in the marketplace, participating in local as well as national industry events and conferences.
  • Identify gaps in process and propose new automated procedures that can help the company scale.
  • Prioritize account retention by constantly looking to improve our work for the client with an eye on optimizing to outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional teams with customer insights, trends and case-studies of success.


  • 5+ years of Media, Advertising or Technology experience in a sales, marketing or support role, including internships. *This requirement is mandatory to apply.
  • 3+ years in a people leader role.
  • Understanding of key consumer trends with a focus on digital advertising, privacy and programmatic.
  • A high sense of integrity and respect for clients and colleagues.
  • Expert in listening and giving balanced responses.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent business writing skills
  • Strong relationships at key agencies and clients.
  • Expertise in SFDC or other CRM software.
  • An optimistic outlook and empathetic personality that makes others feel welcome and valued.
