We are offering a Global Head of Performance Success position to build the global contextual advertising leader.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team at Seedtag as the Global Head of Performance Success. This pivotal role will work hand-by-hand with our VP Operations to define the medium/ long-term strategy and lead an entire team of Performance Account Managers, aiming to deliver exceptional service and unlock upselling and cross-selling opportunities. As the Global Head of Performance Success, you will be the key liaison between the Account Managers and our internal and external key stakeholders, including the Trading, Sales, and Operations departments as well as Agencies and Brands.

  • Lead and oversee a global team of Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success in meeting performance targets and delivering outstanding client service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Trading, Sales, and Operations departments, to ensure effective coordination, communication, and alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Define, structure, and optimize the process of activating advertising campaigns with mid and low funnel objectives, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously enhance the performance of the Account Managers team.
  • Generate excitement about our digital advertising platform, and increase our product sales through original solutions and proactive pitches to clients.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting professional development and creating opportunities for growth.


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles within the digital advertising industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, with a strong focus on performance-driven results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate client objectives into effective campaign strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
