Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • End-to-end recruitment for inhouse roles for all our global offices, including advertising, sales, programmatic, product, design and tech/IT profiles
  • Ensuring a high quality candidate experience from the first moment of contact to the last step
  • Building strong relationships with all your stakeholders and ensuring the proper and fast execution of recruitment in coordination with the hiring team, keeping your hiring managers well informed while filling positions fast
  • Actively sourcing talent through various channels, including sourcing platforms and LinkedIn etc.
  • Managing a high workload in a dynamic environment and prioritising very effectively


  • Has at least 5 years of experience with recruitment
  • Has experience with recruitment and sourcing of IT, product and/or engineering profiles
  • Has experience with the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate sourcing in Spain. This is a must
  • Speaks fluent Spanish and has a good level of English (B2+)
  • Has experience working with ATS and recruitment tools and is used to working on multiple processes at the same time
  • Loves building relationships, talking with people and is used to liaising with hiring managers and the hiring team
  • Has a very proactive can-do mindset and has the ability to prioritise very well in a fast-paced environment
