We are looking for a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our Growth team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

  • To work closely with Growth, Product and Marketing to ensure collaboration and alignment
  • To develop, deliver and maintain Global Sales Enablement at Seedtag, addressing FAQs and needs, focusing on high impact initiatives
  • To develop sales enablement training, tools and processes, to keep the Sales team up to date with latest positioning and product developments
  • To align with stakeholder across multiple teams to establish the most effective ways to distribute and promote collateral internally
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Leaders in order to identify knowledge gaps and quantitatively measure


  • you have 5+ years experience in the digital marketing/AdTech/Sales fields; experience as a lead in training or learning and development preferred
  • you have Ideally 3+ years experience in designing and implementing sales enablement or sales-focused training programs, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced media environment
  • you must be comfortable in presenting to Senior Management and training larger groups
  • A fluent level of English is a must and a good level of Spanish is a plus
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Bridge or similar LMS program
