  • Drive continuous iteration to support increased funnel efficiency, database engagement, program success, and business direction for the Marketing organization
  • Manage campaign tracking, lead scoring, and sales handoff processes.
  • Work with finance team to ensure an accurate view of marketing/sales performance and business contribution
  • Drive productivity by simplification of processes and implementation of automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (OKRs and KPIs). Proactively identify, build and drive analytics to support team performance objectives
  • Build and scale repeatable business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as an intermediary between leadership, finance, and cross functional teams when modeling annual planning, bookings targets, and other outputs. Enforce key processes and ensure data is clean and up to date.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc metric analysis for the Sales, AdOps, Publishers and Marketing Leadership Teams to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers such as renewals, prospecting and lead generation.


  • BS/BA, preferably in marketing, business analytics
  • Minimum of 2 years experience at B2B company
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation systems, and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Hubspot Automation and CRM experience is a must
  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategy, segmentation, demand generation, content marketing and email marketing
  • Full fluent English is a must. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Has great communication skills and is not afraid to take risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
