It’s responsibilities will include:

  • Market analysis and trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends in the AdTech world, including emerging technologies, privacy policy changes, and market best practices. Use this knowledge to guide strategic decision-making and keep us at the forefront of the industry.
  • Continuously enhance supply monetization solutions: As the Product Manager, a key responsibility will be to drive the improvement of our current supply monetization solutions. You will analyze and optimize existing systems, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategic improvements to maximize revenue generation. Additionally, you will spearhead the creation of innovative monetization systems, staying at the forefront of the industry to ensure Seedtag remains a leader in AdTech.
  • Build up from a rock to a castle: As PM, the ideal candidate will become part of a squad including MLOps, Backend, Data Engineers, Systems engineers. Together with the Engineering Manager, the ideal candidate will need to understand development timings and uncertainty around these, be comfortable around MVPs to find possible short-cuts while understanding the tradeoffs made in the resulting technology, define future iterations to build up the best technology while ensuring its producing impact from the very beginning
  • Establish product metrics, KPIs and indicators for success: Together with the Engineering Manager, the Product manager will need to be responsible for the roadmap, the developments of the squad, ensuring and measuring the success of the projects, improving ways-of-working, etc.
  • Continuous improvement and optimization: Drive continuous improvement of our AdExchange by identifying areas of opportunity to optimize algorithms and increase efficiency. Conduct tests and experiments to validate new ideas and approaches.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Is very entrepreneurial, not afraid to take risks and has great communication skills
  • Has 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner or another relevant role
  • Loves technology and staying up to date with AI developments
  • Knows how to make data-driven decisions and work on complex technical problems
  • Has a proven track record of working effectively under high pressure
  • Providing data for product marketing communication by defining communication objectives
  • Speaks fluent in English and Spanish, this is a must for this role
  • Is eager to work in a dynamic, innovative and fast-changing startup environment

It would be a plus if you

  • Have previous experience in AdTech
  • Strong understanding of monetization strategies and technologies, including server-side solutions like TAM or Google Open Bidding
  • Knowledge of user experience principles and the ability to improve interaction and engagement
  • Have previously work in Data-related Products/Squads
