We are looking for a talented Ad Operations Manager in our office in Mexico to join our AdOps team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

  • Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns with different KPIs
  • Creating programmatic deals and advising traders on the best way to succeed with delivery and KPIs
  • Troubleshooting campaigns and deals, identifying opportunities to improve the current processes and tools
  • Implementing tracking technologies to provide additional measurement to clients and agencies
  • Identifying discrepancies and solving them with the internal teams support and the agency involvement
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports to clients and other departments involved in the process of a campaign
  • Sharing optimisation insights and proposed adjustments to continue improving the campaign's results
  • Sharing best practices with internal teams to ensure our service and understanding of the product is at the highest level
  • Campaign invoicing with our finance team support


  • Have more than 5 years of experience as a trader or ad-trafficker in media agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or any related area
  • Have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes
  • Have experience with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, Adform, SmartRTB+, Amazon DSP…
  • Have knowledge of programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation
  • Have experience with various tools, which includes: Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Certification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify,..)
  • Are data-centered and are used to work and process data with Excel / spreadsheets, or other data tools, using simple and complex formulas, as well as pivot tables
  • Have a good level of English
